We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms including for legal, regulatory or security reasons at any time. Whilst we will flag changes on the Website and/or send emails in relation to major changes, it is your responsibility to check the Terms for changes. If you do not agree to any of the Terms then you can simply stop using the Website at any time.

Price

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Prices change will not affect any order which we have confirmed.

All prices are quoted in GB Pound Sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK.

The Website contains a lot of products. It is possible that, despite our efforts, some of the items may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the product(s) you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price

Payment

Payments must be made in GB Pounds Sterling only, and by one of the following payment methods unless otherwise specified..

Major credit cards as listed: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Orders

All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon placing an Order with A2iTrend website, the Customer will receive an order acknowledgement and subsequent update emails.

Delivery

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to despatch all orders within 1 working day. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier.

There are restrictions on some goods for certain International Delivery Destinations, so please review the information on the Website carefully before ordering goods.

If you order goods from the Website for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Shipping

All Orders will be delivered using the Royal Mail second class service.

Passing of Risk

Customer will assume risk of the products ordered once they have been delivered to the address specified on the Order. A2iTrend accept no liability for undelivered parcels where the Customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or fails to collect the order from the delivery address specified.

Acceptance

The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 14 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller in writing or by email that the goods are rejected (this does not however affect the customer's statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, A2iTrend shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date.

Privacy Policy

All information passed through to A2iTrend website is managed according to data protection guidelines. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. If a customer wishes for their information to be removed from our website, then they can delete their account and data by going into Personal data section after login or you can request it by writing to info@A2iTrend.co.uk.

How we collect and process the data

We only keep Information that you have provided us by filling in Registration forms on the Website. This includes information provided to us during purchasing goods or by contacting our Customer Care Team.

How we use your information

Our website uses cookies to store information and also differentiate one customer from other customers in the Website. These cookies are essential and website will not work without these essential cookies.

Please note, credit card details are not retained online. The only information stored is a customer's transaction history, Customer names, Phone number, address & e-mail address.

By submitting your email address in connection with the order/purchase process, you agree that we may use your email address to contact you for matters regarding your order and other promotional activity. If you wish to cancel your subscription to our mailings, you can do so at any time by scrolling to the bottom of the email and clicking on the unsubscribe link. Alternatively, email info@A2iTrend.co.uk with a request to be removed.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks shown on www.A2iTrend.co.uk belong to their registered owners and must not be copied.

You must not use any part of the materials on the Website for commercial purposes without our permission.

Changes to this Policy

Any future changes in our Privacy Policy will be posted on this page of our website and where possible we will notify you on the Site or by email. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to our policy.

Returns Procedure

We have a 28 days return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction, the Customer is entitled to a partial refund (full refund of the goods less any postage costs), unless the order is cancelled within the cooling off period, in which case a full refund will be given. However, the Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Goods must be returned to us before the partial refund can be issued.

Cancellations

Cancellations which are not due to a defect or discrepancy are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and the follows the Returns Procedure.

Within 14 days after receipt of the goods, the Customer must contact A2iTrend in writing via the contact details below. The goods must be 'as new' and unused, in original undamaged packaging, including all items and free gifts received. It is the Customer's responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until their return to us.

Excluding Liability

A2iTrend is not liable for any fraudulent act or omission or for death or personal injury caused by negligence or breach of our legal obligations. Subject to this, the seller is not liable for loss which was not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time when contract was made or loss to the customer’s business, trade, craft or profession which would not be suffered by a consumer – because the seller believe the customer is not buying the goods wholly or mainly for its business, trade craft or profession.

International Customers

Customers from outside the UK can only pay by international credit card and must pay in GB Pound Sterling unless otherwise specified.

Restricted goods will not be possible to ship outside of UK. In that case A2iTrend need to cancel the order and refund the international buyer.
